Where do I start?  What are the levels? How hard will I be challenged? How do I progress?

Current fitness level:  Beginner  (0-2 days/week)

Level 1 focus:

Learn proper form, form daily habits, help with accountability, learn how to progress, build your strength, increase your cardio, achieve daily health/nutrition goals, and allow positive thoughts.

 

How you progress:
  • Level 1 appropriate workouts provided, 6 days a week
  • Videos, for each move
  • Recipes
  • Goals
  • Create your own profile to keep track of goals and progress.
  • Community groups, support and friend interaction (competitions, and accountability)
  • When complete, progress to Level 2

When does the program begin? The day you sign up

How much does it cost?  $5.99/month (Only for a Limited Time)

What equipment will I need? A set of challenging free weights, exercise ball, chair

When can I do the workout? Anytime just make sure it gets done daily!

What happens if I miss a day/workout? Do the daily workouts in order, so if you skip a day, don’t skip that workout. Just pick up where you left off.

Prerequisite:  Doctor’s approval may be required, liability waiver required

Bootcamp Level 2orange


Current fitness level: Intermediate (3-5 days/week)

Prerequisite:  Completed Bootcamp Level 1, or current commitment of 3-5 days of cardio or strength training/week.

Level 2 Focus:

Continue level 1 focus, full body, strength training (sets/reps), body weight movements, progress ALL exercises, stronger, harder, PROGRESS

 

How you progress:
  • Level 2 appropriate workouts provided, 6 days a week
  • Recipes
  • Goals
  • Workout video’s and support to help you succeed and produce desired results
  • Create your own profile to keep track of goals and progress
  • Community groups, support and friend interaction (competitions, and accountability)
  • When complete, progress to Level 3

Prerequisite:  Bootcamp Level 1 and 2, or current commitment of 5-7 days of cardio or strength training/week.

Level 3 Focus:

Level 1 & 2 focuses, endurance, stamina, strength, commitment, education, knowledge, full body challenging workouts, sets/reps, cardio, nutrition goals, safety, lifestyle.

 

How you progress:
  • Level 3 appropriate workouts provided, 6 days a week
  • Recipes
  • Goals
  • Challenges
  • Workout video’s and support to help you succeed and produce desired results
  • Create your own profile to keep track of goals and progress
  • Community groups, support and friend interaction (competitions, and accountability)
  • When Level 3 is complete, continue success as a Tree Fitness Ambassador.

Bootcamp Ambassador  is only for the graduate of Level 3 Online BOOTCAMP.

To access Ambassador workouts, videos, nutrition information, and other challenges, please complete Level 3.

Prerequisite:  Bootcamp Level 1 and 2 and 3, or completion of Level 3 Bootcamp
