Healthy Snacks

* I recommend snacks that have substantial protein, leaving you satisfied and fuller longer

  • ThinkThin Bars are my abosolute favorite Protein Bars! (fav. flavors…carmel, white chocolate, creamy pb)
  • Handful of Almonds
  • Lite String Cheese
  • Small bowl of cottage cheese (my husband likes to put peaches in it, gross!)
  • Protein Shake (protein, milk, ice, blend in blender or bullet…if calories allow add a dollup of greek yogurt)
  • Raw Veggies
