- ThinkThin Bars are my abosolute favorite Protein Bars! (fav. flavors…carmel, white chocolate, creamy pb)
- Handful of Almonds
- Lite String Cheese
- Small bowl of cottage cheese (my husband likes to put peaches in it, gross!)
- Protein Shake (protein, milk, ice, blend in blender or bullet…if calories allow add a dollup of greek yogurt)
- Raw Veggies
